The EH Jazz Trio consist of Edison on guitar, Winston on Drums & Neville on Bass. Performing in a series of concerts, the band grew to produce ‘My Favourite Tunes’.
The guitarist Edison and creator of the band was asked to join the Jazz Warriors after being seen performing with the Guildhall Big Band alongside Randy Brecker at Ronnie Scotts Jazz Club. He wrote an arrangement for Oliver Award nominated West End hot show “Unforgettable”.
Composing music for the BBC Radio 4 drama ‘Spell Number Seven’ is not the only highlight of Edison’s career. He also performed Motown hits in the musical ”The Grapevine’ ,’Top Of The Popos’, ‘Pebble Mill’ and Carlton TV. Working with names such as Gwen Dickie – Rose Royce, Kim Burrell, he has also been a part of TV scenes on the big band that performed Clarke Peteres ‘Snakeskips Johnson’.
The trio is sure to bring the soulful sounds of the yesteryears, to any events or functions they perform in.
