The Jazz Improv Trio

Jazz Improv & Tap Dancing in London

The Jazz Improv Trio is jazz trio show that explores the rhythmic possibilities of tap dance as a percussion instrument in jazz. It revolves around a core of double bass and tap dance and invites to every concert a different melodic or harmonic instrument.

The tap dancer substitutes completely the drummer. The Trio has been existing since 2008 and has toured Switzerland, France and Canada. They have also been invited several times to play on national Swiss radio.
