Lavrita
Lavrita is a very experienced / unique jazz / blues vocalist / performer / writer. She has been performing from a very young age accompanied by her father on keyboards. She was soon discovered by a young band who she recorded her debut album with.
The album was a success and they sold 20.000 copies, which was followed by a tour around Europe. Lavrita also appeared at Festivals and attended Radio and TV interviews. At the age of 20 she started her classical vocal training and collaborating with various producers and writers. One of the writers produced Freddie Mercury and Garry Moore amongst others.

Lavrita was also signed to ACM records. Recording backing vocals for other artists. She was a regular performer in places like The Troubadour, Pizza Express, inn On The Green, The Tavistock Festival and most recent one The Gallery.
Lavrita now performs with a pianist Wendy as a duo. Wendy has been playing the piano from the age of 5. She is a great pianist as well as a percussionist. Currently she is also the pianist for the London Salsa All Stars Band as well as having her own on going Latin Salsa/Jazz Quartet La Mezcla.
Lavrita and Wendy perform their jazz and blues songs with a touch of Latin, which makes them very unique and entertaining. They play a mixture of jazz standards and uptempo blues and are always willing to learn requests, provided they have a few weeks notice.
